ENGINEERED FLOOR SYSTEM

We used an engineered floor system on the main level and second story of the home. The cost was more, but the advantages seemed to justify it. We were able to span longer distances without concern, we don't have to worry about the sounds overhead. The floor system is stronger and has a longer life. When it came time to run wires, pipes and vents, things were way easier!
